I found out that when my :senegal: Cookie sleeps he makes this crunhy noise. Out of curiosity does anybody knows why this happens? :D

Sometimes when birds are about to go to sleep they grind their beaks. They're not quite asleep at that point.
Thay MAY be what's going on. It's always best to ask your Vet about potential health problems.

That's good. Noodle my :senegal: grinds her beak a lot but it can mean several different things.
If she's puffy and perching it means she's content and happy.
If she's out and pins her eyes and make a loud grinding with an agressive stance she's nervous and it's a warning that if something doesn't move back she's gonna bite.
Sometimes when I rub her neck and snuggle her she makes a loud grinding/clicking and I assume it's because she likes it. She doesn't try and bite me or move away at those times.
The other is she grinds/clicks her beak on things to make a weird grind/click/tapping noise. I don't know why she does that. Sometimes she does that on a mirrow when she see's herself but she's also done it to the lid of my laptop.
