I don't think they do that. But if it is possible, basically you just have to use an extensive positive/negative reinforcement technique and really work on it. Unfortunately budgies are really hyper and don't stay in one place for long so I don't know how long it would stay. Here's a somewhat simpler one to teach:



You can teach the budgie to hang upside down from your finger.

because it's young it has poop leftovers on it's feathers and i wanna clean it witout making it uncomfortable

Oh, that's nothing. Holding it on its back in your hand is nothing at all. I thought you wanted it to roll over on its own and play dead the way Kili does. That is difficult and not all parrots would do that I think. To just flip and hold it on back is just the usual taming process. It's not a trick at all.

But for cleaning the bird this isn't even necessary. You can just give the budgie a shower like this:

Poop leftover on the vent (butt) is a sign of illness. You might want to take your new budgie to a vet.
