so kirby finally got used to target training and i decided to try this oust. he learned it within 2 minutes. but for some reason he is still a little afraid of my hands. any advice?

Congrats!

I think you should start off by using the long piece of millet. Then for every session, shorten it, so your hand becomes closer and closer to him.

I did this with my untame budgies, and now I can get them to eat millet from my hand, and I can get them to step up if I need them to without them flying away.
