I'm not fully sure, but it looks to me like it is a conure.

I think you should name that Jardine's Parrot Bob. But if someone already gave him a name, then you may want to ask whoever named him.

Definitely an African Jardine's parrot. Not a Conure. I think it's a lesser Jardine's.
