LSC flies to power line and would not come down. Owner says that 'he is domesticated so he doesn't fly' as if being born in captivity had actually changed his genetic make-up and taken away the ability to fly! Please educate yourself and don't ever take anything for granted. Ignorance is the number one reason why parrots get lost and/or get sick and/or get injured.
