What treats do you guys give your birds for trick training? i use sun flower seeds but it takes my sun conure awhile to open and then eat the seed. a bit too time consuming!

while sun flower seeds are very good . and the time consuming problem is easily solved by using a clicker . click give him a sun flower seed , and you wont have to worry about the time consuming thing because when he hear the click he knows that he is getting a treats for the trick he did . if that what you mean by time consuming . if you mean time consuming like it takes time for him to break it and eat it . you can break it for him and give him the seed directly . but i think parrots enjoy breaking thinking with there beaks
