fluffy down or Oil gland

Hi, new here. Do Senagals have a lot of dander (down)? I got very ill with my cockatoo from all his down, I am supposed to stick to birds with an oil gland, like the Eclectus. They are so expensive for me right now. Would a Senagal be ok? thanks
