This is an article about a budgie that was found and now is being fostered by somebody who "is quite knowledgeable about the little species of parrot." Hmmmm, nope! Free-feeding bird seed is not something that somebody who has knowledge of budgie care would do - and that is not a female, it's a male -the girl doesn't even know enough to visually sex a budgie?!
