A little late to jump in, but where Get-a-Grips are concern, the deciding factor will be what you want to spend and how much space you have to dedicate to it.

I have a medium-short hanging right now and all my birds, including the Lovebird, love it. I also recently purchased a medium-long (they were on sale) and still have it in the box but will use it eventually. The spacing of the "empty square" where bird can go through is large enough for Pois and if taking an even bigger net, the spacing will be even bigger, but I also believe the rope used is thicker.
