This article is actually full of mistakes and, in truth, I can't even tell what species the poor thing is -IRN? Tiel? Quaker? but this is what a bird with PBFD looks like. The problem with these birds is not only that they have a fatal, incurable disease, it's also that you can't have them with healthy birds so the number of homes for them is very limited. This one lucked out.
