Hello,

lastnight i got my very first bird, a Indian Ringneck. My wife got him/her for me as a early fathers day gift. He is 5 weeks old and iam loving the hand feeding process..was searching google and came across this site and figured it would be a helpful forum to join.

hello and welcome to the board! Ringnecks are my favorite parrot, they are so beautiful!
what color is yours? they come in so many pretty colors. i had a pair of grey ones, i enjoyed having them but i rehomed them to someone who wanted to tame them as well as have a few babies.
so i may get a baby from them someday.
right now i have my Senegal, she is a cutie.
thats quite a unique fathers day gift. how long have you wanted one? what did you name him?
hope to see some pics when you can.

its gonna be a nice blue color once all the feathers come in. i will try to get some photos today, then try to figure out how to get them on this site.
