Yes, the Canadian faction is off the hook! Sorry guys!

I'm not going to fall into the trap of getting into political discussion here... but the more experience I have under my belt, the more I realize that they AREN'T all the same. They are all working in the same system, which leads to some degree of frustration and perception of stagnation no matter who is elected, but... it does matter. Politicians are people, too. Vote, and vote thoughtfully.

It's never pointless! Can feel like it, though. I'm not a morning person, but I do tend to prefer to to go before the exit polls start to hit the news.

We voted!

Our poll was at a school which lost power shortly before we arrived. So, the process was slowed down considerably. We waited outside in the rainy cold with a woman behind us who had a crying baby the entire time. The people inside were using flashlights to sign us all in. But I did vote, damn it!

Through all of that though, everybody was very friendly.
