IM program

What is the most common IM program for this forum. Seems like if you just want to respond to a particular post it might be easier to IM it. and is there a FB Group page for this site that is members only if so please add me.

We encourage our members to maintain public contact about parrot related topics directly on the forum. This way the information given becomes archived publicly and can often be helpful to other members. Often time when one member asks a question specific to his situation, other members still express gratitude in hearing the answer because they realized it is relevant to them as well. We also have a lot of silent members that don't necessarily post but do benefit from reading all of the information presented.

For personal or non-parrot related matters, the forum PM system is available for contacting members directly.

The closest thing to a Facebook page for this community that we have is the Trained Parrot Facebook page. Many of the same members follow that page as well. However, there is no need for a facebook page specifically for this forum because once again we prefer to keep all the interaction conveniently in a single and archived place.
