Buy a house with a birdroom which has an easily washable flooring (good riddance to carpet!) and a backyard large enough so I can build even a small aviary.
Other than that, I'm pretty set, other than the constant supply of toys

How much do you estimate that you spend on toys a year? I imagine with the amount you have, it costs quite a bit!
