You have to post the picture on another site, then use the link.
I'm actually having problems with it, because only a fraction of the picture is showing in the rest of the pictures...

Posting a link from another site (such as photobucket or flickr) is really the only way to have perfectly sized pictures I believe.

Are you using Photobucket ? If so, just use the IMG link. I have no problems whatsoever with it.
