How do you feel about wheatgrass?

Hi everyone this is my first post. Im getting my baby senegal from a breeder locally on thursday! Im really excited and i have been OCD about this bird reseaching. I havent seen much information around here about Wheatgrass and im wondering who useses it and if they grow it? I appreciate all the info you have!... Oh and the new is a girl named Avery
