My parrot wont try a lot of different veggies no matter how enthusiastic i am about eating them and letting him try them like Michael said on his blog. He really likes carrots blueberry's and grapes. My friend had a good idea about mushing a lot of different veggies and some grapes in together to make the veggies taste like grapes and we cut the veggies into tiny pieces use whatever kind you want and split them into 2 bowls we smashed grapes into one and put carrot juice in the other. we put the mixtures in an ice cube tray and let it freeze so it wouldn't go bad since he doesn't eat much at a time.you take a food cube out and let it thaw and give it to your parrot cold. I give him one once a day and rotate on the flavors and started to add less grapes/ carrot juice and finally gave him some regular veggie mush and he ate a good amount but when i give him fruit he prefers to eat that first since its his favorite, so i started giving it to him a little while after he had his veggies! good luck with your picky parrots!
