I have heard of a thing on the internet called "birdie bread". Does anybody know what it is or how to make it?

Look up 'bird bread recipe' on google. It's very much like baking a loaf of bread with vegetables and birdie pellets/vitamins. Very easy and healthy. A lot of bird owners make it because it's so easy to sneak in healthy ingredients that you parrot regularly won't eat.

I just use a basic muffin recipe and add a combination of the following:

Grated carrot
Grated apple
Chopped spinach
Chopped nuts/dried fruit
Fresh berries
Cinnamon
Coconut
Rolled oats (porridge)
Corn
Peas
Plus anything else I can find

My birds love it!!!
