How long have you had him? Is he tame? What does he eat?
Also, please don't post the same thing over and over. Posting the same question everywhere won't get you an answer any faster, but will annoy everyone instead. Sometimes it takes a day or two for questions to get answered, but you will get an answer.
alright i wont do that any more ahahaa, he can step up but is still a bit flinchy. he just eats a seed mix. i brought a clicker today and was looking foward to clicker training him but we wont take anything as a treat, ? >.<
Try giving him a little less food so he runs out at night (you don't want to take away the food or they think you cause them to be hungry - if it just runs out that's different) then in the morning, train him before you feed him again. He may not be taking the treat because he's full.
Also, if he isn't eating millet from you, he may not want to take it from your hand yet or even know he likes it! So I suggest clipping a spray of millet to the bars of his cage for a few days so he can learn to like it, then only give it to him outside the cage as a reward for learning tricks and behaviors, such as target and step up.
I would also suggest if you are trying to give him the entire spray of millet to eat off of to perhaps break a small bunch of the seeds off of it and give them that . Sometimes the smaller birds are intimidated by the big spray of millet.
