How to teach parrot to eat seeds?

I Got my Tovi Parakeet a few days ago on a flea market. But she only eats fruits like papaya, plantain and mango. By far mango is her favorite, but I can't get her to eat seeds. Any help? or advice?

What sort of seeds are you giving her? I have read on here about sprouting seeds..... have you tried that?
