Best Bugie Cages?

Postby Fallen_Parakeet » Mon Jun 06, 2011 5:32 pm

What are some of the best bugie/parakeet cages? I have one that I bought from walmart, but it is too small. I take my bugie, named Pete, out for 6-8 hours a day so he doesn't need a huge cage. Maybe one that can hold a couple parakeets? ;) :budgie:

I say, flight cage. Even though he's out for 6-8 hours a day (which is FANTASTIC by the way), there are still times he will need to spend extended periods in there.

Flight cages allow them to stretch their wings and flutter about. You can fit more food bowls, perches, swings, and toys in them.

I have two flight cages. One for my cockatiel, and one for my two budgies.

This is it: http://elite-pets.com/A36.asp

I have 9 different types of perches (including two swings) in their cages. It gives their feet exercise. They have over a dozen toys in each of their cages, and they still have flying room.

These cages generally go really cheap (online). They also (in my opinion) look a hell of a lot better than typical budgie cages.

Flight Cage! The same one that zazanomore suggested. I have that cage and it really is the best for small birds.
