Best cage for a Cape?

Postby luvmyrb2 » Thu Apr 19, 2012 1:36 am

My baby Cape parrot won't be arriving until some time in July, so I have some time, but thought I'd start scouting out cages fairly soon. I was thinking stainless steel would be best, but wondered if anyone has experience with King's aluminum cages. If you have one, what are the good/bad points? Are they actually strong enough for the medium/large parrots? I was also considering an Avian Adventure cages, but have heard some not so positive things.

Any input would be appreciated, especially from those of you with Capes!

I believe Michael has a kings cage and that there is a review for it somewhere on his blog.
